The Oak Tree Restaurant will provide comfortable surroundings away from the busy exhibition halls. Located next to the H&H Auction and just yards from the main exhibition entrance.
VIP guests will also enjoy direct access to our Race Retro celebrities as they too enjoy the seclusion of the Oak Tree Restaurant's first class facilities.
The VIP hospitality package includes:
- Free Programme
- Early Access to the VIP Suite from 8.30am
- Tea, Coffee & Bacon Roll on arrival
- Hot Buffet Lunch with a glass of wine, Tea & Coffee
- Afternoon Tea & Coffee with biscuits
The cost, including your day tickets, would be as follows:
Friday £65
Sat & Sun £60 per day
Exhibitors can book tables of ten for a discounted £450 giving them their own secluded area to network and discuss business away from the crowds.
