Huge Automobilia Sale Heading to Race Retro

There are over 400 lots in the Race Retro Automobilia Sale including private registration plates, posters and one of the most comprehensive single-vendor collections seen in recent years. This collection consists of more than 350 items of museum-quality memorabilia and automobilia signage from the estate of the late Robin Haigh. The majority of which are offered without reserve from one this one enthusiast owner. The Automobilia auction will take place on Friday 20th February from 11am with bidding available in person, over the phone, online or via a commission bid.

There are four ways to bid at an Iconic Auctioneers Sale: in person at the auction, or for those unable to attend the live event - via telephone, online, or a commission bid. To register to bid,  log in or create an account. Please note, all bids are final and non-revocable.

Telephone bidding allows you to bid live. On the auction day on of the Iconic Auctioneers team will contact you prior to the Lot going through and guide you through the process.

Online bidding is also available with their partner The Saleroom. Please note that bidding with a third party incurs an additional 1% buyer's commission.

Commission bidding is ideal if you are unavailable on the auction day. It is the maximum amount you are willing to bid up to and we will execute your bid on your behalf.

How to submit an entry:

Deadline for entries: 30 January 2026

  • Contact Iconic Auctioneers with basic information on make, model, year, mileage and condition of the car
  • If the car is appropriate for the sale there will be a follow-up conversation and valuation
  • Valuation is achieved with input from yourself and Iconic Auctioneers team of knowledgeable and experienced consignors
  • Upon the agreement of the valuation and T&C’s, your car is entered
  • Iconic Auctioneers' in-house photographer will capture your vehicle with professional images to promote it at its best 
  • Promotion includes a place in the catalogue, PR coverage, magazines, social media and third party listings (subject to submission date)
  • All enquiries are managed by your consignor who has taken the time to get to know all there is about your vehicle
  • At the sale, Iconic Auctioneers have a valeting team to keep your vehicle looking its best
