Welcome rally legend Kalle Grundel to Race Retro
Karl Erik Grundel, better known as Kalle, is a former fighter pilot turned Swedish rally legend, with a career spanning over 50 years. A national champion, he won titles in Saab machinery before claiming German Group A success with Volkswagen and WRC Group A victories. He went on to race some of rallying’s most iconic Group B cars, including the Peugeot 205 T16 and Ford RS200. Today, Kalle still competes at major historic events and brings stories, insight and real pace to Race Retro and our live rally stage.
