Terms & Conditions

In all matters relating to voting, prize draws, ticket sales etc the decisions of the Organisers are final and binding in all related matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
Pride of the Paddock Voting​ Rules
  • Only one vote per person
  • Only votes submitted with contact details (full name and email address) will be counted
  • Voting forms must not be taken off the Pride of the Paddock area
  • Voting forms must be completed and submitted within the show opening hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  • Voting closes on Sunday by 12 noon
  • The Organisers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that they regard as being in breach of these terms and conditions or the spirit of the competition 
  • Data Protection: Any personal information that entrants share will be kept secure and only used as outlined on the voting forms and to administer the Prize Draw if the entry is selected as the winner
Pride of the Paddock Prize Draw Rules​
  • All votes for Pride of the Paddock with contact details included will be entered into the Prize Draw
  • One winner will be selected at random from amongst the qualifying submissions
  • The winner will be notified by email in the week following the show
  • Prizes must be accepted as offered by the named winner. There is no cash or alternative prizes, in whole or part
  • The prizes are non transferable and cannot be resold
  • The Organisers reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or alternative value should circumstances outside our control make this necessary
  • Where a prize is provided, in full or in part, by a Supplier, the Organisers accept no responsibility for inaccuracy of any prize description, and The Supplier is responsible for prize fulfilment
Pride of the Paddock Competitors Rules
  • Owners can engage and campaign with other entrants and visitors, however any form of intimidation, cheating, derogatory remarks or bad mouthing is not tolerated and those involved will be disqualified and asked to leave
  • Competitors can not take voting forms away from the Pride of the Paddock display area to be completed - all forms must be completed and submitted within the display area
  • Votes will be counted and verified by Clarion Events Ltd and the Organiser's decision is final
  • The car with the most visitor votes wins with trophies for first, second and third place awarded on the final day of the show
  • The owner and car crowned the overall winner will be invited to display their car at the next edition of Race Retro. They may also recieve an invitation to Classic Car & Restoration Show in March and/or Classic Motor Show in November.
Ticket Purchases
  • Advance tickets are available until midnight on Thursday 20 February. After that date, tickets will only be available at the show
  • All advance bookings are subject to a single transaction fee of £1.95 for standard delivery or £1.95 for print at home e-tickets. This fee is per transaction and not per ticket
  • Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold for commercial gain
  • Please check all your tickets on purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified
  • Visitors will not be allowed admission to the show without a valid ticket
  • For the safety of visitors to the show, the Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission, and may, on occassions conduct security searches
  • The Organisers reserve the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the show due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets
  • The Organisers cannot accept finanical or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred by visitors to the show as a result if contracts entered into by visitors with any exhibitor or advice south or obtained from any exhibitor
  • The Organisers cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the show
  • Visitors may be photographed, filmed or recorded for marketing, broadcast or security purposes during the show. By attending the show, visitors authorise such photography and recording and permits the Organisers to use their images, likeness and voice for archival and promotional purposes in any and all media, without liability, compensation or credit
  • The sale of any articles in the gangways or anywhere on the Exhibition premises is strictly forbidden except with the written permission of the Organisers, and the Organisers reserves the right at their absolute discretion to confiscate any such articles for infringement of the condition
