1. By attending Race Retro (the Show), you do so entirely at your own risk. Clarion Events Ltd (the Organisers) shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss to you, other than in respect of any injury or loss arising directly as a result of our own negligence. You agree to take full responsibility for your own safety, property, health and wellbeing during and after the event and, if unsure of your own ability or condition to attend, to take appropriate third party advice. 
2. Visitors will not be allowed admission to the Show without a valid ticket
3. For attendees safety, the Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission, and may conduct security searches
4. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold for commercial gain
5. The Organisers reserve the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the Show due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets
6. Ticket holders will only be admitted via the entrance, and during the time slot stated on their ticket. Latecomers will be required to wait until they can be safely admitted by security
7. All visitors must check their own temperature before leaving home to attend the event. Those with a high temperature should not attend
8. Ticket bookers are responsible for ensuring everyone in their party is aware of, and adheres to all terms and conditions including these additional measures
9. The Organisers cannot accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred by visitors to the Show as a result of contracts entered into by visitors with any exhibitor or advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor
10. The Organisers cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Show
11. Visitors may be photographed, filmed or recorded for marketing, broadcast or security purposes during the Show. By attending the Show, visitors authorise such photography and recording and permits the Organisers to use their images, likeness and voice for archival and promotional purposes in any and all media, without liability, compensation or credit
12.  The sale of any articles in the gangways or anywhere on the Exhibition premises is strictly forbidden except with the written permission of the Organisers, and the Organisers reserves the right at their absolute discretion to confiscate any such articles for infringement of the condition
13.  All advance bookings are subject to a single transaction fee of £2.35. This fee is per transaction and not per ticket
14. Please check all your tickets on purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified

• Exhibitor Giveaway competitions ("Competition") will be run via our official Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or our Newsletter. Exhibitors will be tagged in the social media post.
• Only our account/email will contact you if you are the winner. 
• The prize is offered at the digression of the exhibitor and promoted by the show. The exhibitor may chose to alter the prize from what is promoted depending on availability at the time of redemption 
• The Competition is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, aged 16 or over except the Organisers or Promoters staff/employees, their close relatives or anyone connected with the Competition.
• Entries for the Competition can only be completed via Facebook, Instagram or Twitter through liking and commenting on the competition post as directed on the original Competition post. Or, by booking your tickets within the given timeframe and rules in our newsletter and social media. 
• Entries submitted after the Competition closing time specified in the post will not be accepted.
• After the Competition period has closed one entrant, per prize, will be selected by the Promoter to redeem the Prize ("Winner") and contacted soon after the competition closing date.
• The winners will be given a deadline to respond to our notification. Once responded they will be sent a voucher to redeem at the show. If the winner misses the deadline for the response, the prize may be given to someone else.
• Visit the exhibitors stand at Race Retro to claim your prize.
• You will be given a voucher to redeem at the exhibitors stand at the show. 
• The prize can only be claimed during show opening times, and with a valid entry ticket to the show.
• If you have already bought a ticket at time of competition and to enter you need to buy a ticket, you are still able to enter. Please email info@raceretro.com to make your interest known and you will be included in the selection process. 

Christmas Campaign Specific Competition Key Notes:

• Competition deadline: 23:59 Sunday, 14 December 2025. Winners announced Monday, 15 December. 2025.
• The passenger ride prize will only be available on Saturday & Sunday, so only bookings on these days will enter.  
• The Historic Sports Car Club prize doesn't include any Silverstone Circuit races.
• Equipe Classic Racing prize can only amount to £200 free.
• Motor Sport UK winner has to be UK based.
• The Classic Motor Show gift winner will be sent a voucher. Once tickets are on sale (early May 2026), please get in touch for the complimentary code for your actual tickets. The voucher won't be accepted by Classic Motor Show security.

Please be aware: Competitions will only be run on our official account and you will be contacted directly by us if you win. Watch out for fraudulent accounts and report any fake profiles.

Entry

• Entry into the prize draw is automatic when a Race Retro ticket is purchased using a designated club discount code provided by your racing organiser, or the Race Retro newsletter code within the promotional period. 

• One entry per booking. Multiple tickets purchased in a single transaction count as one entry.

• Bookings made without the club, or Race Retro newsletter discount code are not eligible.

• Existing ticket holders who used the club code may be included in the draw, subject to eligibility confirmation.

• The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

Prize

• The prize is one race suit supplied by ARC Racewear, with a retail value of approximately £1,000.

• The winner may choose from six available designs and their preferred colourway, subject to availability at the time of redemption.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative product.

• Any customisation, logos, names, or additional features will be charged at the standard price by ARC Racewear.

• The winner will be measured and fitted at the ARC Racewear stand during Race Retro, unless otherwise agreed.

• If the winner is unable to attend Race Retro, they may redeem the prize directly with ARC Racewear by 31 December 2026.

Winner Selection and Redemption

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the competition closing date of Monday 16th February 23:59.

• The winner will be contacted only by Race Retro, ARC or the racing organiser.

• The prize must be collected or measured at the ARC Racewear stand during Race Retro show opening hours, unless the 31 December 2026 option is used.

• A valid Race Retro entry ticket is required to claim the prize at the show.

• If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, the prize may be reallocated.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Race Retro and the racing organiser are facilitating the competition, but are not responsible for prize manufacture, sizing, or fulfilment.

• ARC Racewear is responsible for supplying the prize.

• Race Retro and the racing organiser accept no responsibility for delays caused by third-party suppliers or manufacturers.

Data and Promotion

• By entering the competition, entrants agree that their details may be used for the administration of the prize draw.

General

2. The prize consisted of a pair of day passes to the Show which can be taken on any one day of the upcoming event ("Prize").
3. The Competition is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, aged 16 or over except the Organisers or Promoters staff/employees, their close relatives or anyone connected with the Competition.
4. Entries for the Competition can only be completed via Facebook, Instagram or Twitter through liking and commenting on the competition post as directed on the original Competition post.

1. Owners can engage and campaign with other entrants and visitors, however any form of intimidation, cheating, derogatory remarks or bad mouthing is not tolerated and those involved will be disqualified and asked to leave
2. Competitors can not take voting forms away from the Pride of the Paddock display area to be completed - all forms must be completed and submitted within the display area
3. Votes will be counted and verified by Clarion Events Ltd and the Organiser's decision is final
4. The car with the most visitor votes wins with trophies for first, second and third place awarded on the final day of the show
5. The owner and car crowned the overall winner will be invited to display their car at the next edition of Race Retro. They may also recieve an invitation to Classic Car & Restoration Show in March and/or Classic Motor Show in November.
